Oregon REALTORS® Leadership Academy — Class of 2027
OLA unlocks it.
The Oregon REALTORS® Leadership Academy is a transformational experience for real estate professionals who are ready to step into their full potential.
Applications now open • Deadline: October 1, 2026
About OLA
OLA is a year-long professional development program created by Oregon REALTORS® to develop the next generation of leaders in Oregon real estate. It is not a classroom course. It is a hands-on, immersive experience that challenges you to think bigger, lead better, and connect more deeply with the Oregon real estate community.
Each year, a select class of Oregon REALTORS® members gathers across three multi-day sessions to explore leadership, advocacy, policy, and professional growth. Participants leave with skills, relationships, and a perspective on the profession that simply cannot be found anywhere else.
The OLA Experience
OLA brings together some of Oregon’s most motivated REALTORS® for experiences that challenge, inspire, and connect.
Session 1 • February 10–12, 2027
Oregon REALTORS® Offices
Your journey begins at the heart of Oregon REALTORS®, steps from the state capitol. You will explore how advocacy shapes the real estate profession and how your voice can be part of that story.
Oregon REALTORS® Offices, Salem, Oregon
Session 2 • April 14–16, 2027
Five Pines Lodge
In the shadow of the Cascades, you step away from the day-to-day and into a deeper conversation about leadership, community, and the kind of professional you want to become.
Five Pines, Sisters, Oregon
Session 3 • June 23–26, 2027
The Independence Hotel
The final session brings everything together. You will present, celebrate, and cross the finish line alongside a class of peers who have become lifelong colleagues and friends.
The Independence Hotel, Independence, Oregon

How to Apply
The OLA application takes most applicants two to three hours to complete. Here is exactly what you will need.
Your name, contact information, years in the industry, Oregon REALTORS® membership confirmation, real estate specialties, designations, and local board or association.
Name, phone, email, and your relationship to each reference. Choose people who can speak to your leadership potential and professional character.
Post-secondary education, current firm and role, previous positions, professional affiliations, and your most significant career achievement.
Your community and REALTOR® organization involvement. You will also identify three significant challenges facing real estate today, then go deeper on one with your proposed solution. This is where your voice stands out.
Record three short video answers. Speak naturally. Be specific. The committee wants to hear you, not a polished script.
Include your broker’s endorsement with your application. Your principal or managing broker should be your biggest champion for this.
A current, professional photo suitable for publication. Your headshot may be featured on the Oregon REALTORS® website and in association materials.
Applications are open and the deadline is October 1, 2026. If you have been thinking about this, now is the time. Your class is waiting for you.
